All You Need
- 1/2 lb (250 g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb (250 g) lean ground pork
- 1 cup (250 mL) each diced celery, carrots and onions
- can (798 mL) no salt added diced tomato with juice
- package (42 g) Club House Slow Cookers Caribbean Style Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Coarse Grind Black Pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
In skillet, brown ground meat over medium-high heat. Drain off fat.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
