Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

All You Need

  • 2 cups (500 mL) each diced carrots, celery and onions
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) pot barley, rinsed
  • 1 lb (500 g) diced stewing beef
  • 5 cups (1250 mL) water
  • 1 package (42 g) Slow Cookers Beef Stroganoff Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables and barley in slow cooker. Arrange stewing beef on top.

  2. Stir together water and seasoning, pour over meat and vegetables.

  3. Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
