All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) chopped onion
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced oyster mushrooms
- 1 lb (500 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 count)
- package (30 g) Club House Creamy Parmesan Chicken Penne Flavourful Recipe Mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) Kitchen Basics No Salt Added Chicken Cooking Stock
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping (35%) cream
In a large heavy skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté onion until lightly softened.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add shrimp, Club House Creamy Parmesan Chicken Penne Flavourful Recipe Mix, chicken stock and water. Cook until liquid is reduced by half.
Stir in cream and cook until slightly thickened.
