Sheet Pan Tex Mex Fajitas

Any night can be a fajita party with this easy sheet pan method. Bake, assemble to your tastes and eat!

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend Seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas or 8 small flour tortillas
  • Fajita toppings: sour cream, salsa, cheese, avocado, lettuce, chopped tomato, etc.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss together chicken, peppers, onion and olive oil. Add seasoning and toss to coat evenly.

  3. Spread over baking sheet and bake 25 to 30 minutes.

  4. Divide fajita filling between tortillas and top with your favourite toppings.
