Savoury Meatballs

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Minced Onion
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Parsley Flakes
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 1 pkg (21 g) Club House Mushroom Gravy Mix


  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, Club House Minced Onion, Parsley Flakes and egg. Shape into 16 meatballs.

  2. In non-stick skillet, brown meatballs on all sides over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off fat.

  3. Meanwhile, combine water and Club House Mushroom Gravy Mix. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Serve over noodles or rice.
