All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 4 cups (1 L) assorted diced bell peppers (red, green & yellow)
- 2 cups (500 mL) finely chopped red onion
- 1 container (110 g) Club House Regular Seasoning for Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 cans (398 mL) no salt added tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) whipping (35%) cream
In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté peppers and onions for 4 minutes.
Add seasoning and sauté for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce and cream; simmer for 15 minutes before serving over your favourite pasta.
