Rosé Sauce with Assorted Bell Peppers

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 4 cups (1 L) assorted diced bell peppers (red, green & yellow)
  • 2 cups (500 mL) finely chopped red onion
  • 1 container (110 g) Club House Regular Seasoning for Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 cans (398 mL) no salt added tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) whipping (35%) cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté peppers and onions for 4 minutes.

  2. Add seasoning and sauté for 1 minute.

  3. Add tomato sauce and cream; simmer for 15 minutes before serving over your favourite pasta.
