Pumpkin Pie Spiced Piña Colada

All You Need

  • 1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen coconut milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) light rum
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 4 cups (1 L) ice cubes


  1. Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.

  2. Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
