All You Need

  • 1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 9 drops Club House Green Food Colour
  • 1 container (340 g) vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line miniature cupcake pans with miniature paper baking cups.

  2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Spoon about 1 tbsp (15 mL) batter into each baking cup.

  3. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean. Remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks.

  4. Stir food colour into frosting until evenly tinted. Frost cupcakes with frosting. Garnish with small gold foil-covered chocolate coins.
