All You Need
- 1 each carrot, small onion, celery stalk, zucchini and red bell pepper
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 lb (250 g) pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Club House Salt Free Garlic & Herb Signature Blend
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated parmesan cheese
Thinly slice vegetables and stir fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Add olive oil to cooked pasta. Add pasta to vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning and parmesan cheese. Toss to mix.
