All You Need
- 4 cups (1000 mL) diced and seeded plum tomato
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) balsamic vinegar
- package (30 g) Club House Creamy Parmesan Chicken Penne Flavourful Recipe Mix
- French baguette
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) grated parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, combine the plum tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Club House Creamy Parmesan Chicken Penne Flavourful Recipe Mix. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
Cut the baguette diagonally into ¾ in (2 cm) slices and place on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly brown.
Divide the tomato mixture evenly over the baguette slices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto each bruschetta.
