Orange Kissed Brownies

All You Need

  • 1 package (family-size) fudge brownie mix
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pure Orange Extract
  • 1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in orange extract and chocolate chips. Spread in greased 9 x 13-in (22 x 33 cm) baking pan.

  2. Bake and cool as directed on package.

  3. Spread with Orange-Kissed Chocolate Frosting, if desired. Cut into squares.

  4. Chef’s Tips: • To Make Orange-Kissed Chocolate Frosting: Stir 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Orange Extract into 1 container (340 g) chocolate frosting until well blended. • To Make Almond Brownies: Use ½ tsp (2 mL) Club House Pure Almond Extract in place of the orange extract in the brownie and ¼ tsp (1 mL) in the frosting. • To Make Peppermint Brownies: Use ½ tsp (2 mL) Club House Pure Peppermint & Mint Extract in place of the orange extract in the brownie and ¼ tsp (1 mL) in the frosting. • To Make Mexican Chocolate Brownies: Use 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract and 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Ground Cinnamon in place of the orange extract in the brownie and ¼ tsp (1 mL) Club House Ground Cinnamon in the frosting.
