Mini Quiche

These mini quiches make a wonderful snack or appetizer, but they’re also great for everyday meals!

All You Need

  • 12 tart shells
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) milk
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) whipping (35%) cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salt Free Original Signature Blend
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) small diced onions
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) each grated gruyere cheese and goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place tart shells on baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour mixture evenly into tart shells and bake for 25 minutes or until custard is set. Serve hot.
