All You Need
- 12 tart shells
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) milk
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) whipping (35%) cream
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salt Free Original Signature Blend
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) small diced onions
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) each grated gruyere cheese and goat cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place tart shells on baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture evenly into tart shells and bake for 25 minutes or until custard is set. Serve hot.
