All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each chopped onion, celery and green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
- 28 fl oz (840 mL) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 1 package (32 g) Club House Hot’n Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix
In large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic and sauté 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, water and Hot’n Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over your favourite pasta and top with 5 Tex Mex Meatballs.
