All You Need
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Salad Herbs Signature Blend
- 2 prepared flatbreads
- 10 1/2 oz (300 g) firm tofu, sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each sliced canned artichoke hearts, black olives, fresh tomato and shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) olive oil
In a small bowl, combine oil and seasoning together. Brush ¼ of the mixture over the flatbreads.
In a large bowl, toss tofu with remaining oil and seasoning mixture. Spread across flatbreads.
Place artichokes, olives and tomato evenly across flatbreads and top with Parmesan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
