Mediterranean Oven Roasted Potatoes

Savoury, roasted potatoes are the perfect side for almost anything — try not to steal too many from the pan before they make it to the plate!

All You Need

  • 1 package (680 g) mini potatoes, halved
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Savoury Mediterranean with Flax Signature Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, oil and seasoning. Toss to coat well.

  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
