All You Need
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each vinegar and water
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salt Free Original Signature Blend
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
Combine oil, vinegar, water and seasoning in a glass dish or resealable bag. Pierce the chicken with a fork and add to marinade. Cover & marinate, refrigerated, for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Remove meat from marinade and broil or grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Discard any remaining marinade.
