Maple Bacon Grilled Potatoes with “Loaded” Sour Cream

All You Need

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House La Grille Maple Bacon Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced onions
  • 1 Recipe Maple Bacon Loaded Sour Cream


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Wash potatoes and slice ¾-in (2 cm) thick rounds; place in large bowl. Add olive oil and seasoning; toss to coat well.

  3. Place potato slices on grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side. Rotate twice to achieve proper grill marks.

  4. Serve with Maple Bacon Loaded Sour Cream.
