All You Need
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House La Grille Maple Bacon Seasoning
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced onions
- 1 Recipe Maple Bacon Loaded Sour Cream
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Wash potatoes and slice ¾-in (2 cm) thick rounds; place in large bowl. Add olive oil and seasoning; toss to coat well.
Place potato slices on grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side. Rotate twice to achieve proper grill marks.
Serve with Maple Bacon Loaded Sour Cream.
