Mango Vanilla Smoothie

Delicious and creamy, try this smoothie for breakfast or after a work out.

All You Need

  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped fresh or canned mango
  • 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

  3. Tip: - Replace the mango with your favourite fruit and the orange juice with your favourite fruit juice.
