Lemon Thyme Pork

An herb and cracked peppercorn crust with subtle citrus notes give this roasted pork tenderloin a sophisticated flavour.

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 lb (500 g) pork tenderloin
  • pkg (28 g) Club House Lemon Thyme Pork Flavourful Recipe Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brush pork lightly with oil on all sides.

  3. Pour seasoning into shallow dish. Roll pork in seasoning to coat all sides.

  4. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), turning over halfway through.
