La Grille Philly Style Steak Sandwich
Enjoy Philly steak, La Grille style. Club House La Grille Roasted Garlic & Pepper Rub marinade is the perfect complement to grilled steak and gooey Havarti cheese. Is your mouth watering yet?

All You Need
- 12 oz (340 g) beef steak, trimmed
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House La Grille* Roasted Garlic & Pepper Rub marinade
- 1 large onion, sliced and sautéed in 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 sandwich buns, sliced and grilled
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
Spoon and rub marinade onto both sides of steak.
Let rest 5 minutes for flavours to develop; grill to desired doneness.
Slice thinly, on the diagonal and divide slices between the 4 sandwich buns.
Divide the sautéed onions between the 4 sandwiches.
Cover with a slice of Havarti cheese.
For best results, use strip loin, top sirloin or rib eye steak.
