Hickory BBQ Southwest Meat Loaf

All You Need

  • 1 cup (250 mL) ketchup
  • pkg (28 g) Club House Hickory BBQ Ribs Flavourful Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each frozen niblet corn, finely diced onions and carrots
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry, fine bread crumbs
  • 2 lbs (1000 g) lean ground beef


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except ground beef. Mix well.

  2. Add ground beef and knead lightly to incorporate seasoning and vegetables.

  3. Press mixture firmly into lightly greased 9 x 5 inch (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan. Place pan on baking sheet.

  4. Place in middle rack of oven. Bake for 1¼ hours or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
