All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) fresh tilapia fillets (approx. 4 pieces)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, divided
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each olive oil and butter
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) each diced onions and chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced fresh tomato
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia with 1 tbsp seasoning; add to pan and cook for 6 minutes turning once. Remove fish from pan onto serving dish.
Add remaining ingredients to pan and sauté for 3 minutes; pour over fish to serve.
