Herb & Pepper Tilapia

Zesty herbs and pepper bring a pop of flavour to this delicate fish.

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) fresh tilapia fillets (approx. 4 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, divided
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) each olive oil and butter
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) each diced onions and chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced fresh tomato


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia with 1 tbsp seasoning; add to pan and cook for 6 minutes turning once. Remove fish from pan onto serving dish.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to pan and sauté for 3 minutes; pour over fish to serve.
