All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) potatoes
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend
Cut potatoes into quarters and place in large bowl. Add olive oil and seasoning; toss to combine.
Place potatoes onto a parchment lined baking tray and roast in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 30 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes halfway through cooking.
