All You Need
- 3/4 lb (375 g) Israeli couscous
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, divided
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
- 1 cup (250 mL) each diced tomatoes and finely diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each finely diced cucumber, celery and green onion
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) each white wine vinegar and olive oil
Cook couscous according to package instructions, adding 3 tbsp (45 mL) of Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, let cool.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with couscous, mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
