Herb & Pepper Israeli Couscous Salad

Great for potlucks, barbecues or as a lunch option, this cool grain salad features the chewy, nutty texture of Israeli couscous for a hearty bite.

All You Need

  • 3/4 lb (375 g) Israeli couscous
  • 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, divided
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Prepared Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup (250 mL) each diced tomatoes and finely diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) each finely diced cucumber, celery and green onion
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) each white wine vinegar and olive oil


  1. Cook couscous according to package instructions, adding 3 tbsp (45 mL) of Club House Salt Free Herb & Pepper Signature Blend, let cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients with couscous, mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
