Hawaiian Pineapple BBQ Chicken Legs

All You Need

  • can (14 fl oz/398mL) pineapple rings with juice
  • 3/4 cup (187 1/2 mL) ketchup
  • pkg (28 g) Club House Hickory BBQ Ribs Flavourful Recipe Mix
  • 6 whole chicken legs, bone-in, skin-on


  1. Drain juice from pineapple rings and measure ¼ cup (50 mL) to use in recipe. Reserve pineapple rings.

  2. In plastic bag, combine ketchup, reserved pineapple juice and seasoning, let stand 15 minutes. Add chicken legs and turn to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken legs, well coated in marinade, on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  4. Top chicken legs with reserved pineapple rings. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
