All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House La Grille* Salmon Seasoning
- 1 lb (500 g) salmon fillet, cut into 4
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Dill Weed
- 1/2 lemon, cut into 4 slices
Rub seasoning evenly over salmon.
Grill salmon over medium-high heat for 5 minutes and flip. Place 1 tbsp (15 mL) dill and 1 lemon slice onto each fillet. Finish grilling, about 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
