Grilled Green Zucchini Medallions

All You Need

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House La Grille* Vegetable Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil, divided
  • 3/4 lb (375 g) green zucchin cut diagonally into ½ in (1 cm) thick coins


  1. In a large bowl, combine 2 tbsp (30 mL) each seasoning and oil. Add zucchini and toss.

  2. Grill zucchini over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.

  3. Add remaining seasoning and oil to bowl. Return grilled zucchini to bowl, toss and serve.
