All You Need
- large red onion, sliced into 1 in (2 cm) thick rings
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House La Grille* Vegetable Seasoning
- 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 4 wooden skewers, presoaked
In a large bowl, combine seasoning and vinegar. Separate onion rings and add to bowl. Toss. Marinate 30 minutes.
Place the 4 largest rings on a cutting board and insert smaller rings inside, leaving some space between rings.
Push a skewer through the rings horizontally so each ring is attached in 2 places on the skewer. Repeat for the remaining 3 onion lollypops.
Grill lollypops over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
