Greek Lamb Burgers

A Mediterranean twist on a grilled classic! Substitute ground lamb for beef, pork or veal to suit your tastes.

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) water
  • 4 pita breads with pockets


  1. Combine all ingredients except pita. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

  2. Grill, broil or pan fry to desired doneness. Serve in pitas with desired toppings.

  5. · Let burgers set about 20 minutes before cooking to allow seasoning to absorb moisture.
