All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) ground lamb
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek Signature Blend
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) water
- 4 pita breads with pockets
Combine all ingredients except pita. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill, broil or pan fry to desired doneness. Serve in pitas with desired toppings.
· Substitute beef, pork, veal or a combination of meats for the lamb.
· Let burgers set about 20 minutes before cooking to allow seasoning to absorb moisture.
