All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup (250 mL) panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) olive oil

Instructions

  1. In bowl, blend butter and seasoning.

  2. Form butter into four sticks (3 x ½ in / 8 x 1 cm). Freeze.

  3. Pound chicken to ½ in (1 cm) thickness.

  4. Place 1 frozen butter stick on centre of breast. Fold in sides, roll up to seal.

  5. Coat chicken with flour, then egg followed by breadcrumbs.

  6. In medium oven safe skillet over medium heat add oil and brown chicken on one side.

  7. Turn over and place in 350°F (180°C) oven. Bake for 25 min or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
