All You Need
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 2 cups (500 mL) each coarsely chopped onion and zucchini
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Rice Flour
- 1 can (796 mL) no salt added diced tomatoes
- 1 can (570 mL) lima beans, drained and rinsed
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, add olive oil, onion and zucchini. Sauté 2 minutes.
Add seasoning and rice flour.
Stir in tomatoes and lima beans.
Place in 8 cup (2 L) casserole dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
