All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) each julienne onions, red bell pepper and carrot
- 2 lbs (1 kg) fresh mussels
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each diced tomato and white wine
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 1/2 juice of ½ lemon
In large skillet, over medium heat, add butter and vegetables. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Increase heat to high. Add mussels, tomato, wine, seasoning and lemon juice. Cover.
Bring to a boil and simmer until mussels open, 2 -3 minutes.
