Garlic Bread

Warm, garlicky, buttery bread — the perfect accompaniment to any Italian meal!

All You Need

  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Salt Free Garlic & Herb Signature Blend
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) olive oil
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) unsalted butter
  • 6 tbsp (90 mL) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf (350 g) crusty bread or baguette


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Mix well.

  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread mixture onto both halves and put back together.

  3. Wrap in foil and place in 400°F (200°C) oven for 10 minutes, until warm. Unwrap bread, place on baking tray open sides up and place under broiler for 2 minutes or until top is golden brown.

  4. Cut into 2-in (5 cm) pieces and serve.
