All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) whipping (35%) cream
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) Club House Garlic Plus Signature Blend
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb (500 g) fettuccine
In a large saucepan, combine butter, cream and seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat then boil 1 to 3 minutes, stirring often until thickened slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese; keep warm.
Cook pasta in unsalted water according to package directions. Drain and mix with sauce.
· For a lighter version use half and half (10%) cream and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes.
