All You Need
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) billy bee honey
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 2 lbs (1000 g) chicken wings, tips removed
Combine honey, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in small bowl. Mix well. Separate wings at joint. Place wings on greased grill over medium heat. Grill uncovered for 10 minutes. Turn wings over and brush with glaze. Continue grilling and brushing with glaze, turning occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink when cut through thickest part.
Tip: The glaze will burn quickly if the heat is too high and wings are left unattended so turn them frequently.
