All You Need
- 1 cup (250 mL) full fat yogurt
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tsps (10 mL) olive oil
- 2 tsps (10 mL) lemon juice
- 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) Club House Greek One Step Seasoning
Mix together yogurt and salt. Place in sieve lined with double layer of cheesecloth (or large coffer filter). Let drain until 2 tbsp (30 mL) water (whey) has been collected, about 15 minutes. Discard whey.
In bowl, gently combine drained yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and Club House Greek One Step Seasoning. Let stand 20 minutes before using.
Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
