All You Need

  • package (32 g) Club House Chipotle Pepper Marinade
  • 0 or
  • package (30 g) Club House Mesquite Marinade
  • 0 or
  • package (30 g) Club House Greek Marinade
  • 0 and
  • 1/3 cup (82 1/2 mL) water
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 lbs (1000 g) beef, pork or chicken, pierced all over with fork

Instructions

  1. In glass dish or plastic bag, combine seasoning, water, vinegar and vegetable oil.

  2. Add meat, turning to coat all sides.

  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, 30 minutes or overnight (flavour increases with longer marinating time).

  4. Remove meat from marinade. Broil, barbecue, bake or pan-fry. Discard leftover marinade.
