All You Need
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House La Grille Montreal Chicken Rub Marinade
- 1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 16 cubes
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 16 pieces
- 16 dried figs
- 4 wooden skewers, presoaked
In shallow dish, rub marinade over chicken pieces. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Assemble skewers in the following order: green pepper, fig, chicken and repeat 3 more times for each skewer.
Grill skewers over medium–high heat for 3 minutes per side or until chicken reaches internal temperature of minimum 165°F (74°C).
