Cajun Pork Loin Roast

All You Need

  • 3/10 cup (75 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend
  • 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) olive oil
  • 1 boneless pork loin roast, 3-4 lbs/1.5-2 kg


  1. Combine Club House Cajun Signature Blend, limeade and oil. Let stand 10 minutes. Spread over meat. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature.

  2. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until roast reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
