All You Need
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) tomato juice
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend
- 4 cups (1000 mL) cooked corn niblets (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) mixed beans or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
In medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, lime juice, tomato juice and Club House Cajun Signature Blend. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss.
Let stand for one hour; serve warm or cold.
