All You Need
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) dried breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend
- 1 lb (500 g) chicken pieces
- 2 tsps (10 mL) vegetable oil
Combine breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes with Club House Cajun Signature Blend.
Brush chicken pieces with vegetable oil, then coat with seasoning mixture.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour or an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
Variations: Use breadcrumb coating with pork chops or fish fillets.
