Cajun Coated Catfish Fillets

Spicy bayou-inspired catfish without the greasy mess. Serve alongside some sautéed greens or rice and beans for a truly Southern meal.

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) dried breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Club House Cajun Signature Blend
  • 4 catfish fillets, fresh or defrosted, about 1¼ lb / 625 g
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil


  1. Combine breadcrumbs or crushed corn flakes with Club House Cajun One Step Seasoning.

  2. Brush catfish fillets with vegetable oil, then coat with seasoning mixture.

  3. Place fish on greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
