Bruschetta

The Italians were onto something with this simple appetizer of juicy, ripe tomatoes and herbs spooned over toasted bread. Club House Italiano Signature Blend brings the taste of a Tuscan dinner to your table without fuss.

All You Need

  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Italiano Signature Blend
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf Italian bread

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, Club House Italiano Signature Blend and Parmesan cheese.

  2. Cover and refrigerate minimum 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Slice loaf of Italian bread and place slices on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil until golden.

  4. Remove from broiler, flip slices over and spread with tomato mixture.

  5. Replace under broiler and broil until Bruschetta is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
