Breakfast Sausage Patty

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) lean ground pork
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely diced onion
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Italiano Signature Blend
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp (2 1/2 mL) Club House Ground Cloves (optional)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2 1/2 mL) Club House Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. Form into 8 patties.

  2. In oven-proof skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown patties on one side for 1½ minutes. Flip over and place in skillet. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
