All You Need
- 1 lb (500 g) chicken pieces
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Garlic Salt
- 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Basil Leaves
- soy sauce
Sprinkle chicken pieces with Club House Garlic Salt and Basil Leaves.
Place on lightly greased broiler rack.
Broil until no longer pink, basting with soy sauce occasionally.
