Basil Chicken Broiler

Broiling is a great way to get that crispy, golden skin without the calories of fried chicken. Experiment with different herbs to get unique flavour combos!

All You Need

  • 1 lb (500 g) chicken pieces
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsps (10 mL) Club House Basil Leaves
  • soy sauce


  1. Sprinkle chicken pieces with Club House Garlic Salt and Basil Leaves.

  2. Place on lightly greased broiler rack.

  3. Broil until no longer pink, basting with soy sauce occasionally.
