Bacon and Mushroom Mac & Cheese

All You Need

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups (500 mL) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion
  • 2 slices bacon, chopped
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend
  • 5 cups (1250 mL) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded cheddar
  • 4 cups (1000 mL) cooked pasta
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Rice Flour

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and bacon. Sauté 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in seasoning and rice flour.

  3. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in cheese and pasta. Transfer to 8 cup (2 L) casserole.

  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.
