All You Need
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) unsalted butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 mL) chopped onion
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend
- 5 cups (1250 mL) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded cheddar
- 4 cups (1000 mL) cooked pasta
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Club House Rice Flour
In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and bacon. Sauté 5 minutes.
Stir in seasoning and rice flour.
Stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in cheese and pasta. Transfer to 8 cup (2 L) casserole.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.
