Almond Bark

White chocolate + almonds = true love.

All You Need

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) whole almonds, toasted*
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Almond Extract
  • 17 g white chocolate, broken into pieces


  1. Toss cooled toasted almonds with Club House Pure Almond Extract, set aside.

  2. Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl, uncovered, at Medium (50%) power for 4-6 minutes, stirring often to help melt chocolate.

  3. Stir in almonds.

  4. Pour onto waxed paper lined baking sheet.

  5. Chill until firm (2 hours). Break into 1 inch (2.5 cm) small pieces.

  6. *To toast almonds in microwave, spread on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on High (100%) power for 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stir every 2 minutes.
