These spuds are thinly sliced and stuffed with Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend and butter for flavour in every bite. A welcome change from the usual potato routine, and the kids will love peeling back layer by layer!

All You Need
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup (62 1/2 mL) butter, melted
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend
Cut thin slices across top of potato almost to the bottom but not quite through. Brush melted butter on top and between the slices.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes. Rebrush potatoes with butter in the pan. Sprinkle Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend on top.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
· You don’t need baking potatoes for this recipe. Regular white or red new potatoes or Yukon Gold all work well.
