Warm Mexican-Style Cheese Dip

Your favourite Mexican flavours come together in this warm dip. A surefire hit served alongside tortilla chips or other dippables!

All You Need

  • 2 tsps (10 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 10 fl oz (300 mL) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
  • 1/2 lb (250 g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese


  1. In large saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and tomato and sauté 3-4 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomato soup, milk and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend.

  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes; stirring occasionally.

  5. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.

  6. Transfer to fondue pot, chafing dish or slow cooker to keep warm.

  7. Serve with nacho chips, raw vegetables or baguette.
