All You Need
- 2 tsps (10 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 10 fl oz (300 mL) condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
- 1/2 lb (250 g) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In large saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion and tomato and sauté 3-4 minutes.
Stir in tomato soup, milk and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes; stirring occasionally.
Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
Transfer to fondue pot, chafing dish or slow cooker to keep warm.
Serve with nacho chips, raw vegetables or baguette.
