All You Need
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) panko bread crumbs
- 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey breast
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp (75 mL) Club House Roasted Cumin & Mint One Step Seasoning
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
Combine milk and bread crumbs in bowl. Stir to combine; set aside.
Place ground turkey into bowl. Add eggs, Roasted Cumin & Mint One Step Seasoning and milk/bread crumb mixture; combine thoroughly.
Using a spoon, scoop out mixture and roll in hands to form a 1 oz (30 g) ball.
Fry in oil until golden in colour. Place on baking tray and cook in 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes.
